“[Trump] thinks it’ one of the worst agreements the United States has ever made internationally. He is insistent on changes both at the congressional level working with Congress and also with our European partners,” Shah told reporters during the White House press briefing. “If changes aren’t made, the president is prepared to potentially withdraw from the agreement.”
The president has promised to leave the Iran deal, negotiated by then-President Barack Obama’ administration in 2015, by mid-May. The U.S. is now working with Britain, France, and Germany to address Trump’ issues with the accord.
If you are attracted to the idea of living off the grid, but you think there is no way you could do it with a large family, you need to meet Jeff and Rose and their five daughters.
With a strong desire to live an inexpensive and debt-free lifestyle, Jeff and Rose purchased 40 acres in Northern British Columbia, Canada in 2011.
There they built a 900-square foot house for less than $25,000. It features cedar posts that are sunk directly into the ground, log rafters, a living roof and wrapped plywood and foam insulation. They have no concrete foundation, no well and no septic system. Yet, after watching the video below, you will see they seem to have everything they need – plus the time to experience their surroundings and their independent way of life.

When President Donald Trump once again praised Philippines President Rodrigo Duterte for his encouragement of the extrajudicial killings of drug dealers and drug users last week, many in the audience in Moon Township, PA., probably thought this was more authoritarian posturing from a president who has made no secret of his respect for strongmen like Duterte, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“I don’t know if it’s popular. I don’t now if that’s unpopular,” Trump said, after asserting that some drug dealers are responsible for thousands of deaths.
But it looks like Trump will soon learn the answer to what many probably thought was a rhetorical question.
Because as it turns out, Trump was actually providing a sneak peak into his long-awaited comprehensive plan to combat the opioid epidemic.
To wit, the president is expected to released a plan on Monday to combat the opioid epidemic. And moving to impose the death penalty for some drug dealers is a cornerstone of said plan, per (more…)
National Security Adviser Gen. H.R. McMaster will depart the White House, following months of indications that President Donald Trump was seeking to replace him.
The Washington Post broke news of Trump’s decision Thursday night, citing five administration sources.
Strong evidence points to George W. Bush’s ambassador to the United Nations John Bolton as a leading candidate to replace McMaster. Bolton canceled his appearance on Breitbart News Daily Thursday morning, just hours before news broke of the decision to dismiss McMaster.
Sources with knowledge of the job search told Breitbart News that others in consideration include retired U.S. Army general and Trump National Security Council member Joseph “Keith” Kellogg and current White House Homeland Security Adviser Tom Bossert.

In its most pointed criticism of Russia to date, on Wednesday the White House said in a statement that it agreed with the British government’s assessment that Russia was responsible for the poisoning of a former Russian spy and his daughter in the United Kingdom.
“The United States shares the United Kingdom’s assessment that Russia is responsible for the reckless nerve agent attack on a British citizen and his daughter, and we support the United Kingdom’s decision to expel Russian diplomats as a just response,” White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said in the statement.
“This latest action by Russia fits into a pattern of behavior in which Russia disregards the international rules-based order, undermines the sovereignty and security of countries worldwide, and attempts to subvert and discredit Western democratic institutions and processes. The United States is working together with our allies and partners to ensure that this (more…)
The White House will hold a conference on the humanitarian situation in Gaza on Tuesday, but it is unclear whether any Palestinian officials will attend.
President Donald Trump’s “administration believes that deteriorating humanitarian conditions in Gaza require immediate attention,” US special envoy Jason Greenblatt said in a statement announcing the conference.
The meeting is expected to include top White House aide Jared Kushner, National Security Council staff and “many of the relevant parties,” according to Greenblatt.
It is unclear whether Palestinians officials will break their de facto boycott of US officials to attend.
The Palestinians were enraged by President Donald Trump’s decision to break with long-standing US policy by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital.
